Eligibility for Return of Product– To be eligible for return of a product, your product must be in the same condition that you received in.
It must be in the original packing given to you in.
The return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receiving the product
You must have the purchase invoice provided to you at the time of your purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
After 7 days no return or exchange will be allowed.
Refund Policy
Refund Process– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation via email or whatsapp that we have received your request for refund of product. We will also notify if the refund is approved or rejected
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Conditions that do not validate the Refund- If your product is received as damaged, missing parts or broken. A refund process cannot take place.
Return Shipping– Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
